We provide free virtual design service to our clients.
Send your artwork file(s) to info@boardroomclothing.com and get this process started.
Select a style:
Keep the Style # handy for reference.
Select a Fabric:
Please keep in mind that not all of our fabrics are interchangable with one another.
For example a Polo would feel and look weird in a sweater fleece material.
Ask our design and sales staff if you are unsure which fabrics work with which styles.
Use our standard fabric for your selected style, or swap it out for another one of our recommended fabrics.
Looking for a different fabric, a specific color, or fabric requirement? Let us know and we can source it for you.

Select a Decoration Method & Trims:
We offer 4 main decoration methods: Embroidery, Heat Transfers, Screen printing, and Sublimation. To further customize your apparel, we also offer custom trims and private label options such as: Woven / Satin Labels, PVC Patches or Zipper Pulls, Appliques, and Hang Tags.
Embroidery
Durable, virbrant, and tactile. Embroidery is a tried and true method of decorating using thread and needle.
Heat Transfer
Our most cost effective decoration option with single color, full color, reflective, or even raised heat transfers available.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is a traditional printing method where ink is pressed onto the surface of the garment using a mesh screen. Perfect for large full color graphics that aren’t achievable with Transfers or Embroidery.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a digital printing technique where ink is sublimated directly onto the garment. Sublimation must be done on Polyester fabrics, but is long lasting, and does not fade or chip like other decoration methods.
Neck Labels
We offer neck labels in printed paper, printed satin, woven, and even a tagless heat transfer label to suit your projects needs.
Zipper Pulls
Add a PVC zipper pull to take your customization to the next level. We are able to source PVC patches or zipper pulls in a variety of shapes and sizes.
PVC Patches
Unlike embroidery, PVC patches are waterproof and will never fade, fray, crack or peel making them a great decoration for rugged or athletic applications.
Hang Tags
Our private label hang tags are a great way to incorporate additional branding or marketing collateral onto your apparel pieces. We also have designers on hand to help with designs for client’s that need a little more help.
From here our team will mock-up some virtual concepts along with quotes based on the decoration methods for you to present to your client. After reviewing we can make any design adjustments necessary until we receive design approval. On design approval we can create a spec sample that matches the virtual mock-up exactly, or send blank samples to you or your client to test for sizing and fit.
Once the final designs and samples are approved we can move into producing your custom apparel, and shipping it to your desired destination.
